Minecraft 2022 Diary Review

I have many grandchildren and Minecraft has been in the family for years. So, I did not hesitate when asked, to review the Minecraft Diary 2022. I have not started to use it yet as the first date of entry is 27th December 2021, which is behind the page that says ‘January’ which is a To Do page. I will put a To Do list together come 1st December 2021, after last years lack of Christmas, I cannot wait to start on the list and make up for last year with the grandkids.

Now, I am a big kid and have decided to keep the diary for myself… lol… joke aside; I could not give it to one without the others, so I have decided that it stays at Nana and Grandads house, that way, whenever any or all of the grandkids come over, we will be making a note in the diary of what we will all be doing together. I chat with them regularly and ask what they have been doing and have decided that this will all get documented in the diary.

The diary is based on the building blocks designed adventure computer game. The diary is hard back, making it strong and sturdy and has a grey ribbon to mark the page you are on. The ribbon is long enough that it pokes out the bottom of the diary, allowing you to lift the page(s) without have to use your fingers, other than when turning the pages. This is great as it avoids dirty and greasy hands.

The pages are of decent quality, not cheap, nasty, see through or flimsy.

Upon opening the book, the 2 page spread shows brightly coloured mages from the game, such as:-
Fish
Axe
Bow and arrow
Apple

As you turn the first page, to the left in the word MINECRAFT and to the right, is a page where you can write personal information emergency contact information such as:-
Name
Address
Mobile
Email
Doctor
Allergies (I found this particular awesome, if this diary was to be carried around outside, then should anyone have any, it is written down

Turn the page again and on the left side, is a Notes page with a cute image of the Panda on the bottom right of the page.On the right side, is a 2022 year to view page, turn that over and you will see a year to view page for 2023, which, next to it is a Notable Dates page, which includes 35 important dates such as:-
New Years Day
Diwali
Remembrance Sunday
Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday

Each of the important events throughout the diary are marked on the relevant dates with an image of a Minecraft character or mob, so
 you are sure not to miss the important dates

Turn the next page, there is a Planner 2022 for the months of January to June from left to right, turn another page and the rest of the year from July to December can be seen.

Turn the next page and this is where the fun begins as each month starts with picture on the left page and a To Do page on the right.
Each month has ample space to write what things you want, need or would like to do
Bottom right of the page for each month, is a picture of a character or mob, turn that page and your next month starts
The pages of each month has 2 pictures, 1 on each corner of the page of a character or mob
On the right page, at the end of each week, is another Notes section, under that are dates of that month with the initial of which day that date falls on above the date

When you get to the back of the diary, which ends on New Years Day January 2023, turn over and you will see the Planner laid out for 2023 from January to June, turn over again and you will see the rest of the year from July to December

Turn over and you will see 2 pages where you can put friends and families names, address and contact information

Turn the page and you will then have 4 Notes pages

All-in-all, this is a great diary, if not writing too big, it is great for day to day diary entries, making notes, or using it for a journal which is what I will be doing.
