The new MAM “Bob the Turtle” teether found his way to my doormat this week, much to the joy of our 9 month old son, who currently enjoys to test his world orally at every opportunity. The packaging initially struck me as very clever as it incorporates a sample of the product material on the exterior. A particularly useful feature for parents and it demonstrates the manufacturer’s confidence in their product.
Bob is a particularly tactile, 100% natural rubber teething ring and he has quickly become a firm favourite in our son’s mouth. The little purple turtle is spending noticeably less time on the floor than previous teething toys we’ve tried. A credit to the MAM design team who have integrated a variety of textures and shapes into Bob which are designed to stimulate interest and support your child’s sensory development.
Bob the Turtle is one of three teething rings MAM currently produce and is aimed at the 5 month plus market. Similar designs are available for the 2 and 4 plus months (Lucy and Max should you wish to know) and I’ve no reason to doubt they’d be every bit as good as Bob. MAM’s 35 years in the industry really show and, in our experience at least, there’s turtley no better teething toy on the market.
