Do you want to Shout? Or just Relight My Fire? Or perhaps you know the Man with the Golden Gun? Lulu’s hits are … well legendary. And this legend is heading her way down to the south coast to the Lighthouse and I’m so excited!
Starting her pop career at the age of 15, Lulu was a key voice from the 60s onwards. She’s known for her powerful voice, famous collaborations, and catchy tunes. Reinventing herself across the years has ensured her music is fresh and definitely catchy. Over the years, working closely with the likes of David Bowie, Paul McCartney, Elton John, Take That and Russell Watson. Lulu has been busy over the last few years, heading to Lighthouse after a sell out tour and a cheeky trip to perform at Glastonbury. Her distinctive voice and energetic performances have lit up stages from across the country and she’s going to be in Poole on 3rd May!
The 3rd of May is approaching, so get on your glad rags, your dancing shoes and warm up your singing voices because I’m sure that Lulu will deliver. She has a whole host of awards to her name and has earned numerous accolades, including a Grammy nomination for Whos’ Foolin’ Who, an acting award from The British Film Awards and the Honorary Gay Award at the Attitude Awards.
