When it comes to the Little Tikes toy range, I am never disappointed and absolutely love their toys. So when I was asked to review these items, I could not wait, as I knew I would not be disappointed.
Being an absolute fan of any toy that encompasses sensory and interactive play, I find it is extremely important for any child’s development. Little Tikes have gone beyond my expectations on these toys and absolutely enthralled with them, as was my granddaughter.
Cognitive learning is also very important when it comes to interactive play and there is so much that can be learnt through this, including counting, imagination, observation, hand and eye co-ordination and so much more. Just let your child’s imagination run wild and you will be surprised with your help and interaction how much they can really learn from building playing with this.
Shapes & Sounds Paintbrush
This is a great little toy. It is a really good size that can be grabbed by the tiniest of hands and with it being so durable, they can really grasp onto it easily. Perfect for those cute and tiny little hands.
The design is lovely and the colours of the paintbrush are lovely and are as follows:-
1. Grey
2. White
3. Blue
4. Red
HOW TO PLAY
There are 3 different settings to play with, just turn the dial and from the different modes, choose which one you want. Choose from:-
1. Star setting = Shapes
2. Rainbow setting = Colours (these are blue, orange, pin and red)
3. Speaker setting = Sounds
If you turn the dial to X, it will play a combination of all 3.
To turn it off, just turn the dial to the O setting.
As it is made exceptionally well and being strong and durable, it really does stand the test of time when being dropped.

Learn & Play 100 Words Spell & Spin Pencil
What a brilliant and well thought out idea of a way to teach and educate children with this magnificent duo. This duo also encompasses vocabulary as well as cognitive learning along with hand and eye co-ordination. This really does get little ones learning in so many ways. Brilliant, just brilliant!
The booklet is billing with 100+ words to learn. From reading and spelling the out on the pencil and then by pressing the tip of the pencil, it says and spells out the word they match from the book. There are so many colours within this book which are bright, bold and will certainly grab the attention of any little one willing to play and learn from it.
The pencil is great, with it being a bright and bold yellow with red and blue moveable letters, it really does stand out along with the handle which is grey and pink. The tip of the pencil is grey and below that is brown, just like the wood of a real pencil.

HOW TO PLAY
Look through the book, choose a word which comes with pictures. Spell it out on the pencil and then press the tip of the pencil for it to say the word and spell it out. It really is that easy to work with.
