I received the Easybelt (a Velcro fastening belt) to fit my 4 year old son. He is always complaining about his trousers slipping down and finds it difficult to make them sit properly again once he's been to the toilet etc… I had tried standard belts before but he wasn't able to use them himself so I was always having to help him.
The Easybelt was fantastic. I first tried it on with his school trousers, I opened it from the packet, fitted it into the belt loops on his trousers and he did it up himself! He didn't need any instructions at all! He was so proud of himself being able to wear a 'big-boy-belt' and be able to do it himself. Since then, he has used it on every pair of trousers he has.
The Velcro is fantastic on the belt because it's not too sticky so he can use it himself, but it holds the belt together really well. I love the fact the belt was elasticated (I wasn't expecting this!) which makes the belt fully adjustable and should last him a while as he grows. The belt comes in lots of designs and different colours. We chose a Navy neutral belt as it goes with all of his denims and chinos, but I will be investing in a black one for his school trousers too.
The Easybelt is a fantastic product which puts an end to my son’s troubles doing up his belts. I would definitely recommend it and they are even available for adults!
