If I could get away with and use just one word to describe Gordon’s Alcohol Free 0.0 Alcohol % Vol it would be… AMAZING!

So, I am no gin expert, however, like so many others, I do love a glass of gin & tonic, whether it is flavoured gin or non-flavoured gin, especially as we are now approaching summer and hopefully, as of 21st June 2021, all lockdown restrictions will be lifted and me and my hubby can start inviting our gin friends round to join us in the garden where we have made an outdoor bar. So, perfect timing for two reasons I thought when I was asked to try this, one, is because of the outside bar and the other, is the fact that I am cutting down on my alcohol intake in an attempt to loose some weight. The disadvantage to that is, when our friends do come round, they will still be drinking, so, this is a bonus and I will not be the one with a hangover the next day lol.

So, what can I say about the smell and taste. I know I used one word… AMAZING but… OMG! Upon opening the bottle, the smell is gorgeous, a real kick to the sinus and those receptors that pick up on the aromas of those botanicals and juniper berries that Gordon’s are renowned for. I really could not believe the smell, it was so inviting and was even more eager to try it than I was before opening the bottle… Does the saying ‘kid in a candy store’ ring any bells! LOL

My preferred tonic water is Fever Tree as it is one of the few that does not have Aspartame in it. Now, with so many different flavours on offer, I had to try all of them, well, someone has to LOL

On sunny and warm spring day, the elderflower was my favourite. On a less warm and chilly night, sat by the fire, a good old premium Indian worked best. We all have different taste buds so when you buy this, buy the different flavoured tonic waters of your choice and experiment. Why not it is not like it has any alcohol in it and you run the risk of a hangover by trying to much, is it LOL

I always add a slice of lime to my gin and there was no exception to adding it to this.

If you like your flavoured gin, I would recommend Butler and Brewer who make amazing tonic enhancers and they really did compliment the Gordon’s Alcohol Free. This is just another way to enjoy a non-alcohol, flavoured beverage or flavoured tonic water, without buying multiple flavours, it is cheaper and tastes divine.

The design of the bottle is stunning, and once finished, like so many other bottles I have done this with, I will be putting tiny lights inside it to help light up my outdoor bar.

Would I recommend this? Oh yes I would, most definitely, it gets a 5/5 from me and more.
