Fatframe is a the kid friendly, iPad super-protection system.
Two words – loved everything! The case and stand are made from a high quality, durable material which is non-toxic, BPA, lead, latex and PVC free. So, they can be chewed, and wiped clean. They are soft and spongy, hardwearing but bouncy, and lightweight. I have 3½ year old twins who argue over most things – and we should did put these products to the test!
I found the packaging minimal, which is always a big tick for us. Good use had been made of the space on the packaging, and the right amount of information gave you a good idea about how everything was to be used. No need for any further instructions inside but there is a website you can visit for the FAQ’s.
The case was lightweight, colourful and very easy to use – just take the insert out from the middle of the frame, slot your iPad in, and off you go. All of the buttons and the screen can still be reached and touched easily. The two handles on each side of the case are easy to grip for hands of all sizes, and they make good carry handles for transportation.
Again, the stand was easy to use, just slot the iPad into it (still in the Fatframe case), and watch away without having to hold onto the case.
The car attachment is made up of a couple of straps which, when used together, means you can attach the Fatframe to any car headrest. The straps have very strong Velcro on one side, and are easy adjustable. This enables you to play pre-recorded programmes and films through the iPad, keeping the kids occupied in the backseat. We have saved ourselves lots of money as we were looking to buy a portable dvd player and screens for the car, but now we know about Fatframes, we don’t have to buy the dvd player!
I will be telling all of my mum friends about these products. They are very kid friendly, tough, suitable for all ages, and simple to use. A very innovative design, perfect.
