Byron Bay Cookies

I recently got the opportunity to try Byron Bay Cookies. They come in several flavours and are out of this world. There are 13 flavours to choose from including 5 gluten-free flavours. All Bryon Bay Cookies are approved by the Vegetarian Society and the gluten-free cookies are registered with Coeliac UK. So there is a cookie for all tastes and even better there is no loss of flavour!
On opening the box I was greeted by several individually wrapped cookies including my favourite, Dotty, a delicious milk chocolate chip cookie with chocolate drops in a crispy shell.
All the cookies I tried were delicious. They chunky, crumbly and yet crunchy and the chocolate just melted into my mouth. These are so much better than the normal packs of cookies you can buy from the supermarket shelves.
All the ingredients are sourced within 50 miles of their UK based factory. They have no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and are made using free range eggs.
I would definitely recommend these cookies they are great just on their own or with a cup of tea or coffee. Make sure you look out for them and give them a try, you will not be disappointed and with so many flavours to try you can find something you like or try something new.
