I tried this fitness DVD as I wanted to work on shaping my bum, and would love a shapelier figure like Kim.
The DVD is a cardio step workout, so you need to ensure that you have a step or something you can use as a step to be able to follow the routine, however it can be used as a low impact floor routine.
Kim is joined by trainer Patrick Goudea in three 10-minute, cardio-step workouts designed to tone and tighten the legs and bum.
I found the workout quite easy going and wasn’t hard to follow. As it says in the title it is butt blasting so mainly focuses on the bottom area.
There are lots of lunges to get the cardio and the pace is medium. It is an enjoyable and lively work out and I would recommend it to my friends.
