Boss Bottled Intense Review

Boss Bottled Intense by Hugo Boss is a “redefined interpretation of the classic aftershave Boss Bottled,” that was new onto the market on 2015. I did not try the original fragrance myself but, Bottled Intense aftershave has a very masculine scent, with fresh wood and spicy tones together with an underlying sweetness of orange, vanilla and apple. I really like it!

I think that this aftershave is good for any occasion and I would wear this during in the day or night. For me, it is a scent more suited to the Autumn/Winter seasons but that is my particular taste, I would probably wear a lighter scent in the summer.

The packaging is the familiar and very stylish Hugo Boss steel grey, which shows their logo down the side of the box. Its packaging looks sophisticated and makes this aftershave the perfect gift, or a treat for yourself. The bottle is a simple design and looks attractive on display.

I have found this aftershave to be quite long lasting and only had to apply it once during the day. This is good as it means that the bottle will last me a long time.

I have had lots of compliments about the aftershave, my fashion conscious son has been using it and maybe most importantly, my wife likes it! I think that shows that it is a scent that is appealing to lots of different people.

Boss Bottled Intense is quite expensive at £45 RRP for a 50ml bottle or £62 RRP for a 100ml bottle, and it is at the top end of what I would spend on an aftershave. That said it is a good quality and long lasting aftershave, so I feel that it is quite good value for money.

I award this aftershave four out of five stars. It is a good masculine scent, which lasts a long time. It is definitely a winner for me and I would recommend it.
