Peter Rabbit and his many adorable friends have been loved by children and adults alike for generations. I myself enjoyed hearing the tales of Peter’s escapades as a young child and I now love to snuggle with my children and read the much loved stories.

Peter Rabbit remains popular even 120 years after Beatrix Potter’s first book was published. There is now so much merchandise such as toys, clothes and homeware that make lovely gifts. I was so happy to receive the Peter Rabbit Baby Collection Changing Bag from Enesco. The Enesco website stocks a huge range of beautiful Peter Rabbit inspired products. Their baby collection includes bibs, bags and changing mats too.

The Peter Rabbit changing bag arrived packed flat in a plastic bag to protect the material. After pulling it out I found it to easily pop back into shape ready to use.

The bag itself is absolutely stunning in a soft baby blue shade with pastel polka dot pattern and images of Peter Rabbit in different poses. It is made from PU fabric which can easily be wiped clean to keep the inside and outside fresh and clean. I found the bag to be really spacious despite its fairly compact size, measuring 31cm x 35cm. Inside there is the main section plus three separate compartments and a zip pocket which is just great for storing nappies, wipes and bottles separately plus any other items Mum or Baby might need. There is also an extra quite large zip compartment on the outside of the bag. I found this so useful for items I need to keep to hand to grab easily such as my phone and keys. There are also elasticated bottle sections on each side, great to keep bottles or a flask upright. I also like that there is the double carry handles that seem sturdy and also a detachable larger strap, great for carrying the bag on my shoulder and keeping my hands free.

The Peter Rabbit changing bag makes such a wonderful gift. It would be so lovely as a Christmas present to a new Mum or even an expectant Mum as a gorgeous and yet practical gift. I also think it would make a lovely present for a baby or toddler as an alternative to buying a toy and that would have much use over the years. It’s such a practical bag even for when baby no longer needs changing to be used for snacks, wipes, toys and anything else little ones need on a day out. In fact the bag even already has a small gift tag attached ready to be written out.

The bag retails at £59.95 and although that does seem expensive I feel it’s worth splashing out to treat a loved one as this bag really is stunning and very high quality. It would delight any mother or child to receive this bag this Christmas.
