Vision Express Romantic Dreamer Sunglasses Style:UNSFO132 Review

I have been dreaming of summer arriving since the last lockdown (lockdown3). The lockdown that felt longer and darker than the previous ones. So when summer finally arrived, I was excited to start accessorising my outfits with sunglasses and other accessories. 

I am very sensitive to light and get migraines quite easily if my eyes are exposed to too much light. I do have prescription sunglasses but I needed some new sunglasses for when I wear contact lenses out and about. I was offered to review some sunglasses from Vision Express as part of their Unofficial range  of glasses frames and sunglasses and I was over the moon when the pair that arrived were perfect for my style and needs. I feel like I’m channelling XXXXX (editor’s note – name of well known brand removed) vibes when I wear them and they make me feel so glam. 

The range was launched on 12th April 2021 to allow people to experiment and play with their look at an affordable price range. There are around 300 products available in the new range and they come in five unique style ranges. The ranges are Glam Expressive, Romantic Dreamer, Forever Young, Wellness Conscious and Teens. 

From looking at the options available in each range, Romantic Dreamer is by far my favourite from the range and much more suited to my personal style. The style I received have a large pink square/rectangle frame shape with grey lenses. 54mm lens width. The lenses can either be non-prescription or prescription and the website is very easy to use to input your prescription and select the options you need if you are choosing Prescription lenses.

I took the sunglasses out on a test drive for a visit to the park with the kids. I styled them with the perfect outfit and I felt like I definitely turned some heads (although it was probably in my mind, but my confidence was at an all time high). They effectively protected my eyes and no headaches were in sight. They felt comfy on my face and just the right size. I do prefer a larger frame for my face as I feel it suits me better.

Personally, I think it is really important to protect your eyes when out in the sun. Just like you would wear sunscreen when out in a sunny day, you should also wear sunglasses. That’s why I am super excited about this range. They are very affordable and there is so much choice to choose from.  You don’t need to spend a lot for good quality lenses and Vision Express have proved this. 

The dimensions of the sunglasses are: Bridge width- 19mm, Arm length- 148mm, lens diameter- 54mm, lens height – 48mm.

Overall, these glasses are super stylish, super comfy and super affordable. I would definitely recommend these and I even had a friend asking where they were from as she wanted the same pair. I would rate these frames 5/5.
