Aldi Specialbuys Workwear Work Socks Review

The Workwear work socks from Aldi are soft elasticated fabric with no harsh seams. An interesting design in black and grey with yellow piping (other colours are available). Heel, toe and under toe areas definitely look as though they will be harder wearing. They come up about ½ way up the calf and stay up well with a strange shaped top almost like a little padded collar at the back in soft material (reinforced leg gripper to prevent the sock from slipping). The really impressive bit is just above the heel in the Achilles area where there is a soft panel of reinforcing, just where shoes or boots would rub (frequently with me). They also have arch support and reinforced heel and toe for longer lasting durability and a cushioned foot bottom to reduce impact and stress on the foot. They also have a breathable mesh. They feel like real quality socks and are very comfortable to wear.

At £2.99 for 2 pairs of socks there are excellent value for money.
