If you are looking for Christmas ideas you can’t get much better than this fragrant body scrub made by Coopers. Arriving in natural looking packaging, a quick bow and twig of holly would honour the best Christmas tree and add a touch of elegance to your festive room. Made in the UK, the outer packaging ensures a safe delivery and the easy to use website makes this a perfect company to start your Christmas shopping from.

As we look to more sustainable beauty products, you can rest assured that this product hits many of your needs. It has been certified organic, vegan, cruelty free and free from parabens. If all that is too much to take in, simply peek inside the glass jar to see nature at it’s best. As the sugars sparkle in your hands, you know this is a good one!
Lift the lid for a fragrant hit to tickle all of your senses. The powerful citrus is a nod to the season and a reminder of fruit bowls brimming with traditional fruit. The warm undertones remind you that it’s winter and gently warm your imagination whilst polishing your skin and leaving you smooth and moisturised.

As you start to snuggle down under heavy jumpers and heating, your skin can suffer. All of us have a tendency to neglect this during the winter months when we are safely hiding all flesh from the elements, but this little jar of beauty will leave even the most neglected skin feeling fresh, smelling divine and cheating its way to a glowing tone usually only seen in the summer months!

I relaxed into my bath and let the aroma hit me as the heat of the bathroom warmed up the scrub within the jar. It really did have a peculiar warming effect as I smelt the warm tones, maybe a reminder to warm fires associated to these smells? It is trickier to use than some scrubs as you need to make the effort to gently smooth this over your skin with extra water. I needed to keep adding water to make sure it felt easy to use which meant it is not as simple as some off the shelf scrubs where you can simply use it on a sponge. That said, the nature of that little bit more smoothing meant I gave myself a mini massage as I scrubbed my skin gently clean. I can sometimes have sensitive skin, but this had no negative effects at all, in fact, my perimenopausal skin actually screamed “thank you” as I added my usual moisturiser on top of this little beauty treatment!

It really did feel like a touch of elegance and I would have been very happy to have this in my stocking rather than the traditional fruit orange!

Made with natural salts and sugars and sensitive to the environment, this vegan, all natural scrub will ease your conscience as it soothes your body. It will remind you both of summer’s distant heat as well as reminding you of the warmth of winter fun and relaxation.
