I am a fanatic when it comes to my water intake. Up to 60% of the human adult body is water, so it is very important to look after your body and keep it hydrated. On average, I believe the daily recommendation of water intake is approximately 2.5 litres a day (more if you are exercising), I think it is more for men but I am not a nutritionist so cannot say for definite.
My daily workout is on average, 20 to 50 minutes so it is important to me that I have a bottle of water with me and this is perfect. I have used many other bottles in the past and this is absolutely brilliant, especially as I do not have filtered water from your tap at home or a filter water jug. I just fill and go. It made a huge difference to the taste of the water, I do live in a chalky area so it made for a really tasty experience to finally have what I can only describe and soft, clean water.
ABOUT BRITA ACTIVE FILTER BOTTLE
This is a very strong and sturdy bottle and so much more economical than buying bottled water. By using this bottle, It also means reducing your carbon footprint and saving money on buying water from a supermarket.
The lid is very strong and secure, I shook the bottle really hard once full to make sure there was no leaks and sure enough, there was not, not even a drip. Marvellous, nothing worse than a leaking bottle, especially if it is in your bag. I just made sure that the rubber seal that is under the filter was sat in its groove to prevent any leaks.

The price is £13.60 and free delivery for Prime Members which is what I am. If you are not prime. I also states it is free for non prime members but I could not get as far as checking out to confirm as I needed to be signed in and by doing that it would automatically offer me free delivery because of my prime account.

The prices above are just for the bottle, price increases when you add filters to it.
Personally, I do not understand why different coloured bottles should have different prices, they are all the same in functionality.
