Zoflora concentrated disinfectant is now available in the very tropical scent, Coconut and Lime, which is just the thing to conjure up images of sun soaked, palm tree rich beaches and sipping a Pina Colada! There is also a hint of vanilla making it a really comforting smell and your home will feel sparkling clean.

Household cleaning is a necessary chore but having a lovely scented home is always a winner. The coconut and lime fragrance is now available in a big value pack which makes up to 20 litres of full strength disinfectant to kill 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, eliminate odors and give all day freshness. Zoflora provides a 3 in 1 action – killing bacteria and viruses, eliminating odours and leaving all day freshness to have a beautifully fragrant home.

Not only does it leave everything smelling divine it also kills E.coli, MRSA, Salmonella, Listeria, Influenza- Type A (H1N1), Human herpes virus, rotavirus and respiratory syncytial virus so is effective in ensure that surfaces are clean and everyone is protected.

Where to use around the home

There are so many uses for Zoflora disinfectant around the home such as for cleaning floors, baths, tiles, taps, worktops, drains, sinks, dishcloths, toilets and potties.

Personally I love to pop a glug into the sink to keep that smelling fresh and the scent lasts for ages. It is also useful to clean out the kitchen bin and any other areas where smells can linger.

We have two cats and Zoflora is perfect to use in their area, such as cleaning out the litter tray and wiping down mats. It is important to make sure the area is dry before letting your pets walk here as Zoflora does contain ingredients that may be dangerous.

It is important to ensure that it is adequately diluted so that it does its job without causing any health issues. It should not be used in areas where food is prepared as it is highly perfumed and may taint.

How to use

As well as having multiple places to use around the home there are also a variety of ways to use Zoflora.

It can be used as a general disinfectant in water – just one capful of concentrate will make 400ml of disinfectant.

It can be used undiluted only in ceramic and metal sinks, drains and toilet bowls.

Diluted correctly it can be used where pets are kept.

Finally it can also be used as a disinfectant spray when diluted as above to create a hygienic freshness wherever it is used, such as the bathroom.

It is important to note the undiluted Zodlora is highly flammable and can cause skin and eye irritation so you need to wear protective gloves and eyewear.

There are many different scents available in the Zoflora range but, to suit the Summer and especially as we are spending so much time at home, I do think that the Coconut and Lime fragrance is a winner for this time of year.
