The product comes in a white squeezy tube, ideal for older children's use with a bright pink berry colour lid and funky graphics on the front, very appealing to children, with a small amount of information on the front, kind to eyes, hypoallergenic. More information on the back and directions for use. The shampoo inside is a red/pinky colour and smells lovely and fruity, not too strong, just enough.
When I first used this product, the directions on the back say to pour into running water in the bath, it doesn't create much of a bubble and my children prefer bubbles in their bath so wouldn't really recommend using for this, unless your children don't like bubbles. The product smells divine exactly what it says on it. What is appealing is that its dermapaedic which is kind to children's eyes and skin and exactly is. It is very thick like a jelly type consistency and great quality however because of this takes a while to rub in, it does create a good thick lather once rubbed in and takes a while to wash off. You don't need to use a lot of the product either, once you get rubbing it in a little does go a long way, you can also use as a body wash.
My 2 youngest daughters have tangled curly hair and its usually a pain to get tangles out with our current shampoo, this product was brilliant in brushing the tangles out no problems, it says on the back that it contains natural conditioners and plant-derived cleansing ingredients which really do help a lot to detangle hair. Once my daughter’s hair was dry their hair smelled gorgeous even days after using it, so if you bathe your children every other day like me then it’s ideal. It left their hair lovely and fluffy and their curls even better than the usual shampoo we use.
Overall would recommend using this product, there isn't any need for an additional conditioner as this product is all in one, it left both my daughter’s hair smelling gorgeous, easy to detangle, soft, fluffy and shiny and the bottle will last a while. Because it doesn't contain any scary chemicals it’s the perfect product to be used on children.
