I have a really old pair of hair straighteners with a not so generous power cord so when I got the opportunity to review the Diamond Shine Pro Salon Straightener, I snapped them up.

Being a mum to a 9 year old daughter and 2½ year old twin sons, I do not have much time to pamper myself. Some days a quick shower is as good as it gets. I am making a conscious effort to take more time over myself and these straighteners just boost me so much.

They came in a lovely box with minimal packaging. I had a quick read of the instructions, switched them on and they heated up really quickly. After approximately 10 minutes I had beautiful, shiny straight hair. I plugged them in on my landing and they reached right to my bathroom mirror with ease due to the 3 meter cord.

The nano diamond technology is amazing, they are so much better than my old straighteners. The best features are the safety features with the hinge lock and auto-shutoff.

They also have 5 heat settings ranging from 130 to 235 degrees and the temperature is also shown on the LED temperature display.

I would recommend them to anyone and cannot wait to try out more hair tools within this fantastic range.
