If you were me and lived in…Kenya is a lovely introduction to how other people live around the world and is part of a series giving insight into other cultures and traditions.

It looks at the location of the country, names, currency, what you would see there, food, toys and celebrations.

The illustrations in book on Kenya are very in keeping with the area with rich oranges and further painting the picture of the Kenyan environment.

Although there are many unfamiliar words within the book, the pronunciation at the end is very useful!

I really enjoyed reading the book with my children and it created further discussion. We are going to get some other book in the series… India and Peru are next on the list!
