Squires Kitchen
Planning has already started for Squires Kitchen's 26th Cake Decorating, Chocolate and Sugarcraft exhibition, which will take place at the Farnham Maltings in Surrey on 9th to 11th March 2012.
This popular three-day annual event celebrates everything to do with cake decorating, chocolate and sugarcraft. Creative cake lovers come from all over the world to watch live cake wedding cake decorating from top designers, see amazing cake displays, shop for the latest products and much more.
Whether your passion is baking, making sugar flowers or simply decorating cookies with your children there will be something for you at the show – last year's event sold out so make sure you get your ticket early!
You will be able to watch leading names in the industry demonstrate everything from cupcake decoration to making macaroons and sugar flowers. Here's a preview of some of the demonstrators appearing at the show:
Peggy Porschen, author of four highly acclaimed titles and one of the most prominent and pioneering names in contemporary cake design Debbie Brown, accomplished cake decorator and sugarcraft tutor and the UK's best-selling author of novelty cake books Makiko Searle, award-winning pastry chef, cake decorator and one of the UK's leading names in wedding cake design Eddie Spence MBE, the master of royal icing and tutor at Squires Kitchen's International School Mark Tilling, UK Chocolate Master from 2006 to 2010 and Squires Kitchen's master chocolatier and tutor Alan Dunn, one of the world's most popular sugar florists, author and teacher at Squires Kitchen's International School. Expert sugarcrafters Paddi Clark, Ceri Griffiths, Alyson Lilleyman, Jan Clement-May, Carlos Lischetti, Susan Griffiths, Vivian Lee and more to be confirmed soon.
