Heior Balm Bundle Review

I had the pleasure of reviewing these beautiful products and had to submit my feedback no later than 4 days after receiving them. The results in the first two days were amazing, by the 4th day, they were by far the best I had tried, I can only imagine how using these long term will have even better results.

I feel it is important to explain my background as an aromatherapist, as it is relevant to these products. When it comes to essential oils, carrier oils, herbs, fruits, spices, plant extractions, etc. I must admit that I am one of the fussiest and most challenging people to convince when it comes to telling me that a product will work. I have learned, studied and qualified in individual essential oils. This means I had to study their origins, how they are made, their Latin names, and importantly, their benefits to our bodies, hair, skin and so much more.

When it comes to balms, there is a vast selection out there and they all promise to help hydrate your and deliver perfect results. However, I have never come across any other balms that match this brand and these two products, especially as a multi-purpose balm which you can use on problematic skin conditions.

So, what do I think of the brand Heior and these two products? Before reading my reviews about each of the products, I wanted to mention the eight points below as they are really worth noting and relevant to the company’s ethos and each of the products. The benefits of both lip balms are endless. After reading up about the products on the company’s website, I learned that you can apply them to problematic areas on your skin such as dry patches, psoriasis, dermatitis and eczema. So, what better way to find out if this stands up to what it states than to try them out on a couple of dry patches on my elbows? Wow! Within two days, the difference was amazing; this was mainly due to the Heior Hero Balm.

Whether applied to chapped lips, rough patches, or areas needing a little extra nourishment, the balm works efficiently to soothe and soften.

There is an array of oils used within each of these products, but there is one oil in particular used in one of these products which I need to talk about before I go on to reviewing each item, and that is the ‘Cloudberry Seed Oil’. I am so excited about this and have never seen it in any other lip balm.

I first learned about Cloudberry and the oil when I went to Finland. Not only is the Cloudberry fruit a lovely hot drink in –36 degrees (LOL), the oil from the Cloudberry seed is something that the locals value immensely. Filled with vitamin C, it also has some omega fatty acids that are quite rare. These help to protect your skin as well as repair and support it. This is outlined on the company’s website under the product (Heior Super-fruit Lip Balm), and I can, without a shadow of a doubt, agree with this 100%. I brought back quite a bit of Cloudberry juice and the oil each time I went to Finland and never looked back. It is difficult to find this oil in an organic form, and it is something I use daily in my facial and body skincare routine. Needless to say, Finland is the only place I get my oil from, thanks to friends who live out there.

Both the lip balms are small enough to keep in bags and coat pockets. Their compact size means they fit perfectly in any bag, coat pocket or any clothing that has pockets, like trousers, jeans and cardigans.

Now on to each of the products, I was not disappointed and neither will you be. I saved the best until last.

Heior Super-fruit Lip Balm ~ We all need to keep our lips feeling soft, smooth and hydrated, especially this time of year during the cold winter months.

This is a very nourishing lip balm and glides on beautifully without any gloopy or sticky residue. It is very lightweight and lasts quite a while. It has a very smooth and buttery texture to it and feels super silky.

The scent is absolutely gorgeous and smells divine. The aroma is soft, subtle and very pleasant. I also love the fact that it does not smell too sweet either.

Not only do I love how it smells and feels on the lips, but it also enhances their natural appearance. It is not too glossy, just perfect for that additional pick-me-up and a natural appearance of looking healthy and cared for.

The tube it comes in is lovely, it has a very exotic feel and luxurious look to it, almost like an eastern spa, with its deep dark purple background and blended colours of yellow and orange text and logo.

Overall, it is a very reliable and lovely lip balm that will give you the perfect hydration for your lips and a great gift for anyone. This would also make a great gift and, with Christmas just around the corner, these would make a great stocking filler.

Rating: 4/5 I would most certainly recommend this fab balm, it smells scrummy and feels super soft, especially on the lips. If I had not tried the Heior Hero Balm, I would have given this balm 5/5, however, I was very lucky to have tried the Heior Hero Balm which is by far the better one out of the two.
Heior Hero Balm

After trying out the Heior Super-fruit Lip Balm, I did not think it could get any better, but oh my goodness; sheer decadence and indulgence!

The second I applied this to my lips and skin; it was evident that the formula and ingredients had been well thought through and put together. When touching the balm with my finger, the texture feels extremely smooth, lovely, light and very rich. It melts beautifully and gave instant softness and comfort. It absorbs quickly without feeling like you need to re-apply it. This gives you reassurance that your wherever you apply this balm, you are instantly hydrated and leaves your them feeling light and soft, with the assurance that they have a great protective barrier without them feeling greasy.

The aroma of the oils is heavenly. They are soft and gentle with a spa aroma, making you feel calm and relaxed. It gives you instant relief for dry, chapped and even sore lips and skin and is long-lasting. This balm works particularly well at night, especially as we become more dehydrated when we sleep. I woke up and my lips felt lovely and where I applied it on the skin was so much better.

Overall, this is a game changer of a balm that you will not be disappointed in. Like the Super-fruit lip balm, this will make a great gift too and again, a perfect Christmas gift or stocking filler.
