Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks

Surf the waves on land at Easter…
30 March sees the opening of Woolacombe Bay Holiday Park’s exciting new Sports Complex, a massive investment and home to a state-of-the-art surfing simulator, high ropes course, climbing wall, bungee run and bungee trampoline.
The surfing simulator, one of just a few of its kind in the UK, allows guests to surf or board by creating an artificial wave enabling anyone – whether a beginner or experienced surfer – to ride the waves on land. Qualified instructors are on hand and wetsuits, boards and all other equipment is provided. Each one hour sessions costs just £20 per person.
To celebrate its opening, the company – which owns four holiday parks in Devon – is offering savings of up to 10% on selected self-catering short breaks and holidays over the Easter period.
This means, for instance, a three-night midweek break from 30 March – booked on-line – for a family of four in a caravan holiday home now costs from just £133.
Guests can also enjoy a wealth of complimentary activities including indoor pools, steam room and sauna, mini-golf, tennis, cinema and fishing, along with children’s clubs and nightly entertainment. Also available for a modest supplement is 10-pin bowling, pottery painting and golfing on a nine-hole professional course.
