The packaging is attractive and sturdy.  It is also compact which makes it a great game to take on your travels. It’s a nice tin (with an easy to lift off lid) that could be used again.

This is a great family game, which has had my boys engaged since it arrived. They ran home from school again today and picked it up.

Each player picks the top card and when you say “go” – the race is on to see who can spot all the differences on the card first. The ultimate winner is the first to win 5 rounds.

It is great because adults and children can play it together. It has 2 levels – level 2 (easy to spot as it is marked with 2 dots) which the adult could play and the easier level one (with one dot) that the child can use at the same time, so adult and child can play against each other at the same time.

It is actually quite exciting – when someone has spotted 8/10 differences, the race is on to spot 10/10 – who can get there first?

The product says it is for ages 8+, but actually my boys (aged 6 and 5) can play easily and spot most of the differences on both levels, so I would suggest it should be for ages 6+.

Lots of players can play (although there are only 2 wipe clean pens supplied, so actually it is really only a game for 2 players unless more pens are supplied –  which may be a good idea).

The game can be played as a competition between the players or by one player as a challenge simply to find all the differences.

The pens and erasers are of good quality and were a great hit with the boys. My only concern with them is that the top should be able to fit more securely on the back of the pen when using it, so you don’t lost the top (ours kept falling off!).

The cards are of a good challenging standard, but I would suggest it would be good to provide an answer sheet for all of the cards to avoid any arguments over where the differences are, as each player checks the others’ answers.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this great family fun game, which is ideal to keep the kids occupied whilst travelling because of the sturdy compact tin in which the game comes. It provides an educational, problem solving challenge for children, but with a bit of excitement with the competition involved.

We have continued to use it since we received it and would definitely keep it in the travel bag of games when we next go on holiday.
