Noughty Pumped Up Shampoo and Conditioner Review

I was lucky enough to try Noughty Pumped Up shampoo and conditioner, which has red grape extract and B5 vitamins to help volumise limp hair.

For the past 3 years I have made the conscious effort to go SLS free when it comes to my shampoo and conditioner so I have tried many different brands all aimed at this market.

I have to say that I was impressed from the first wash. The smell was gorgeous, very berry but not too sweet. I am very used to SLS free shampoos, so the lack of foam compared to ‘normal’ shampoos was no surprise. I always wash my hair twice in the shower, with this the first wash had minimal lather but the 2nd was perfectly foamy indicating that I was getting a nice clean from the 1st lot. The conditioner was equally as delicious smelling as the shampoo.

In terms of volume, I didn’t get a ‘just blow dried in the salon’ huge head of hair but then I would’ve been pretty shocked if I did. My hair looked just as it normally did with other hair products. The difference with Pumped Up however, is that the volume I got from my freshly washed hair, didn’t drop and go flat like my hair usually does by the evening. Even when I woke up the next day I still had some decent volume and my hair wasn’t as greasy and lank as it normally is. I am totally impressed! Totally worth the price, which by the way is comparable to other SLS free shampoos.

I think I have found ‘my’ haircare product!! Thank you Noughty!! I am going to look up your entire range right now!
