This is the 2nd series of the classic 80’s sitcom. It’s based on a Cinderella/prince charming storyline, rich man falling for a working class girl theme.
Starring Lorraine Chase and John Standing as a couple whose romance brings social barriers crashing to the ground. Lorraine Chase is fabulous with her cockney accent.
This sitcom is funny, really takes you back to the 80’s from the dialog to the wallpaper.
Also included in this set is the Christmas Special of 1981, Away from It All, which sees Charles planning a very special surprise for the lovely Lorraine…
