Who doesn’t love a game and our family are always up for the latest craze and trying out new ones, so we were excited to try this one out and it didn’t disappoint!
One of the easiest games to learn. There are no complex rules or detailed explanations needed to teach anyone how to play. It’s so quick to learn and really fast and easy to set up and is more fun with everyone else involved as you’re all engaging right from the start of it all. It’s a game that will get everyone wanting to play due to their curiosity about their own smartness along with the fun the games bring.
The heart of this game is that you need to be on your feet thinking. You’ll be encouraged to observe very quickly, along with quick reasoning and you don’t have to be Einstein when it comes to the lateral thinking side of the game as the concept of it makes you feel clever, even when you’re taking wild guesses. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to the game or have played before, there is plenty of variety due to the cards and prompts that stop it from being repetitive.
It doesn’t matter if you’re confident or shy, this game suits all personalities. My husband is very confident, which made him take risks. I’m not so confident, and yet we both shone in our own unique ways.
Forget other games that are based on trivia knowledge, Smarter works in ways that allow you to use judgement and thinking and gives everyone the opportunity to shine, after all, who wants to play with someone that wins all the time, we certainly don’t and that’s what we loved about it.
The concept and game keep everyone on their toes whilst keeping it light and fresh with fun and laughter all round.
Fast, Addictive, and Perfect for “One More Round” This game will leave you asking the same question, it’s that addictive.
The pace of each round is fun, fast and energetic whilst keeping the time pressure really exciting. Be careful, time will fly by and before you know it, you’re 3, 4, 5 games in LOL.
The box is bright and bold with minimal content, making it easy on the eyes and really catches your attention. Its compact size means it’s suitable to take on your travels, or even pop in a bag if you’re going round to family or friends. We sat ours on the shelf with our other games and it’s a conversation piece, but be warned, anyone that notices it will want to play and why not, it really does pack so much fun that you’ll want to share it with anyone.
A Tiny Quibble, But Nothing That Ruins the Fun. One thing to be mindful of is that we all communicate in different ways and this is one of the fun challenges when playing. You each bring your own uniqueness and strengths to each game.
Suitable for children from the age of 12 years old and upwards. 2 – 12 players
The box says 45 minutes plus and that’s about right, with the fun and laughter, you’ll enjoy every minute of it. The best part is that no two games are the same.
