Radnor Preserves Lime Marmalade Review

I reviewed this luxury award winning marmalade, as part of a very enjoyable lazy Sunday breakfast. The cube jar, with it’s simple label allows you a clear view of the deep dark green marmalade inside, packed with what in our house we call marmas – most people would call rind.

The jar has a wide neck which means it is easy to access with a spoon, meaning you don’t end up transferring crumbs into the preserve (another thing about our house!).

The marmalade itself is not too sweet, or thick, and has a lovely fresh lime flavour, the marmas/rind pieces are finely cut and have a satisfying bite. It spread well and did not run off my toast.

There are a number of interesting sounding flavor combinations in this range of preserves, Sicilian Blood Orange, Rhubarb & Caramelised Fig and Clementine & Cointreau to name a few – I’d be happy to try any of these out on another lazy Sunday – I think this will continue to be my treat, I won’t be sharing!

Gluten-free with no Allergens.  Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
