Muscles & Joints Roller
This product is recommended for athletes (before and after exercise) and for those suffering from acute or chronic muscle and joint pain. The combination of the massage rollerball and the 14 essential oils with relaxing scents is a natural way to support well-being and help relieve pain

Muscle & Joints Gel
Made from 6 organic essential oils, this product helps to relax and soothe sensitive muscles and joints areas. It’s practical format is suitable for massaging small areas (fingers, toes, knees, ankles etc.) as well as larger areas (back, shoulders, etc.)

Energy stick
This product is my personal favourite!!! Olfactory stimulant with an invigorating scent, to breathe in which helps awaken a feeling of physical and mental vitality. I was very dubious about the effectiveness of this little stick but totally blown away by its effectiveness. Place the stick 1/2 inch from one nostril, close the other nostrils and breathe fully. Repeat with the other nostril in the same way. You can use the product as many times as you feel the need.

Instructions:
Muscles & Joints Roller:
Shake the roller well before applying to painful muscles or joints (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet etc.), 3 times per day. The massage roller ball is ideal for massaging painful areas to promote muscle relaxation.
You can always use more of the product and finish with a manual massage. Wash hands after use.

Muscles & Joints Gel:
Apply a small amount of gel twice a day on sensitive muscle and joint areas (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, feet). Rub the product well into the skin. Wash hands after use.
Energy stick:
Place the stick 1/2 inch from one nostril, close the other nostril and breathe fully. Repeat with the other nostril in the same way. Use as many times as you feel the need. Use within 6 months after opening.

Not recommended for children less than 7 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women, for those with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders, or those with an allergy to salicylates. For people on medical treatment and for children, seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes and damaged skin. Not for use by those with allergies without having carried out a skin patch test first. Keep out of the reach of children. External use only.

This would make an amazing Christmas gift for any athlete. It smells amazing and made from fabulous ingredients, I would definitely recommend this.
