Premium Clean One Room Clean Review

I am a young woman with disabilities and often struggle to hoover and do basic cleaning tasks around the house. I was overjoyed when I was offered a one room carpet clean by {Premium Clean (https://www.premiumclean.co.uk/). I had wanted to have this done for a while, but I had been so worried about the practicalities of potentially moving furniture and other things, that I had debated it, but never booked anything.
Premium Clean is a London based company that offers a variety of cleaning services including end of tenancy cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, after builders cleaning, dry carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning, external window cleaning, oven cleaning, driveway and patio cleaning and office carpet cleaning.
Premium Clean was established in 2009 as a family run business it aims to deliver the best service to both it’s private and business customers. They offer appointments 6 days a week and do not charge extra for weekends and bank holidays. Their prices are clearly stated on their website and you can book an appointment by filling in their online form which asks a few questions about the services you require and the dates which would be suitable. You can also call or email them.
I was contacted by Premium Clean before the appointment to ask about my needs and was informed that they would be happy to move some furniture. Nick the carpet cleaner arrived punctually at 8.30am and explained the process to me and asked if I had any questions. He moved the furniture that needed moving out of the living room and explained that he would be able to reposition some of the furniture so that I would not need to worry about it.
I was then able to go and relax in a different room while he used various machines and products to clean the carpet. My carpet had areas where it was slightly different colours due to the spilling drinks such as tea and the use of cleaning products. You should be able to see this in the before pictures.
The whole process took between 1.5 hours to 2 hours, and I was delighted with the outcome. My carpet was all one colour again and Nick was able to remove every single stain. I left the carpet dry for over 24 hours before using the room as normal again. Nick had advised me that I could use it as normal again within 8 hours, but I was extra cautious. I was able to go into the room wearing shoe covers that the company had kindly provided, in case I needed anything during the drying time.
My carpet now looks new, and it has given me a renewed sense of pride in my home. I am very grateful to Premium Clean for turning something I was quite anxious about into such a lovely experience with great results.
I would rate their one room domestic cleaning service as excellent and give them a 5/5 for value for money, friendliness, consideration of individual needs and professionalism.
