When I was asked to review the Plantabox Personalised Wooden Holder Beer crate I was really excited. I always struggle when it comes to special occasions and what to get the men in my life.

The beer crate was received well packaged and by next day delivery which is good if you need a last minute gift. When I opened the package, the first thing I noticed was how well made the beer crate was and how sturdy it is. Upon checking the Plantabox website I found out it is made of FSC pine. You can choose from 10 different colours including pink so this item isn’t just limited to men. You have the option to personalise the crate (up to 16 characters including spaces) at no extra charge, I chose Dad’s beers.

You can fit 4 large bottles of beers in the crate and it is made of strong wood, so you wouldn’t have to worry about it breaking with the weight of the beers. The crate measure W20cm x D20cm x H22cm.

My partner was really impressed and said he would be pleased to receive this as a gift as it’s something different that he hasn’t seen before and the fact it can be personalised is a nice touch.

The only negative that comes to mind is in my small kitchen I would struggle to find a place for it.

The beer crate costs £26.95 which I think is a fair charge for a personalised gift like this.

I would direct people to Plantabox’s website as they have a wide range of crates for the garden and home that can be personalised and would particularly recommend this product to friends and family.
