Oakdene Designs Smoothie Recipe Coasters Review

With the festive season ending, I decided to treat myself to a little something for making it through unscathed. I enjoyed browsing Oakdene Designs website; it has a wide range of personalised gifts, items for the home, artwork, prints and canvasses to choose from. I also liked the idea of supporting an independent retailer which sources all of its materials from British suppliers.

I plumped for the Smoothie Recipe Coasters and I couldn’t be happier. The item arrived quickly and came in a black gift box, so no wrapping would be needed if they are intended as a gift. The coasters are wooden-backed and have a waterproof gloss finish – I can tell they are a quality item and will last. I love the funky colours and designs – they look fantastic in my new kitchen and add a unique touch.

The recipes on each coaster are simple with easy to follow instructions; they are ideal to make with my young daughter and a good way of getting one or two portions of my five-a-day (which is my New Year’s resolution).

I think these coasters, along with a lot of the other items on the website would make an excellent Mother’s Day gift, I for one will definitely be ordering again!
