My partner and I went to review the Notting Hill Kitchen restaurant and had a very positive experience. It is located close to public transport links and also meter parking for cars if you have arrived by car.

On arrival we were greeted by a waitress with a friendly smile, given our table and offer us water whilst reading our menus. On the menu there wasn’t really much to choose from but had a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian meals to suit everyone. The restaurant was very clean, set out for small and larger groups of guests.

After ordering we were given a little cotton type bag with different breads in and also a little dipping bowl of olive oil of which we were told has been voted the second best in the world, which I found was a nice touch.

The food was delicious and although it looked like there wasn’t a lot, once we had all three meals we were full up and more would’ve been too much.

One of the things I found slightly uncomfortable was the staff lingering about quite a lot and not really doing much as there wasn’t many diners. Also as we were leaving we had to go through the bar to get out and we could just about get out through the crowds of people having drinks after work, it was also fairly noisy when we started our desserts.

I would recommend this restaurant and we would definitely like to book another evening there. The price list of the menu was fairly high but given its location and quality of food I would say it is about right.

I am giving Notting Hill kitchen Restaurant a 4/5.
