I have twin boys who are now 6 months old. Despite the fact that neither of them can crawl properly yet, I seem to leave the room to do something and come back a few minutes later to find them in an entirely different location, usually 2 different locations. They have perfected the art of bum shuffling/high speed rolling.
I wanted a way of knowing that and I could leave them for a few minutes to do necessary things and them be safe. I don’t know how I have managed without this playpen. I love it and the boys feel the same. They are more than happy playing in there together with some toys. They even like sleeping in it. When I am with them I do tend to leave the door open, but it’s so good to know that when I have to leave the room I can leave them safely shut in until I return.
The playpen itself came in minimal packaging with simple instructions. It has good safety features. I haven’t yet used it as a room divider, but I do like the fact that I could if I wanted to. The comfy fabric insert can be easily removed for washing. This is very useful when you have messy twins.
I would not hesitate to recommend this item to any parent of a baby, but especially those with multiples as it is of ample size to accommodate them. Even their 7 year old big sister loves it!
