I absolutely love Learning Resources toys, the selection is amazing and the quality of their items are second to none. Having reviewed the MathLink Cubes Numberblocks 1-10 Activity Set a while back, I was eager to receive this set and see how it compared. Since reviewing 1-10, they have won many awards back in 2022 and I am not surprised.

Now, with many young grandchildren, I have obviously heard of CBeebies which we sometimes watch tv when we are together. We do not watch much television as we like to do a lot of interactive and cognitive play but when we do, this is a favourite in our house.

Where do I start, well, here goes:-

There are great character cards which enables the child to learn more about all the numbers and the numberblocks. This is done by using the Character Cards.

The MathLink Cubes are stackable which are easy to handle for children and very durable, just connect and then twist apart.

The MathLink Cubes Numberblocks 11-20 Activity Set is a really great way to learn maths, making it so much more fun when learning. It is great for interaction and cognitive play, touch, feel etc.

This set includes everything that is needed to build the Numberblocks 11-20 characters in all forms which are also seen during various episodes.

I love the concept of the double sided activity cards which you can write on and wipe off when finished. They have a great selection of 30 activities which allow the child to have hands on learning when it comes to maths and relate to the episodes from the fab television series. The activity set has been brilliantly put together allowing children to identify numbers, learn how to add, subtract and count. Eve greater, the activity set also allows then to learn how to multiply and divide.

I am a big fan of cognitive and sensory development and the colours within the MathLink Cubes Numberblocks are absolutely brilliant. They are so bold, striking and loud. Each block can be stacked in many different ways, side by side, on top of each other are just a couple of ways to build them.
