Ladybird I’m Ready for Maths: Times Tables Flash Cards Review

These flash cards from the Ladybird I’m Ready for Maths series are amazing. I wish they were around when I was in school many many years ago. It’s such a simple idea. We tried them out as soon as they arrived and had great fun sorting them out and completing each table. The box contains times tables cards from 2 to 12.

The colour coding of each table is great. It’s easy to identify each. We had great fun doing the tables. We mixed it up so our numerical genius could not guess what was coming next.

We made a game out of it with rewards for each correct answer. Not that the student in our house needs any numerical help as she is so far ahead of where the rest of her classmates are but any help at home is good.

The other thing that is good about the flashcards is that they help with exercising memory. Anything this educational and fun is always good.
