When it comes to life with a three year old, I’m always looking for ways to help him burn off energy! Whilst a trip to the park is fun, there’s only so much running around he can do so I was intrigued to learn about Jump In Adventure Park Warwick, which is around a ten minute drive away from Warwick.

This huge venue combines an extensive soft play with trampoline zones and plenty of inflatables too. It’s easily accessible via car from nearby Warwick and Leamington but one of the few downsides to this amazing venue is that although parking is free, there just isn’t enough of it-which meant when we arrived many people were parking on the street and it did take some time to find a suitable space.

The venue has recently undergone an extensive redesign and caters to all age groups: from toddlers to teenagers. Upon entering the venue, we headed to the soft play first. It’s huge and designed really well: with space for more adventurous children to scale heights and younger children to play with parents at the bottom. What’s great about the soft play is it can be fully viewed from the surrounding eating areas-so you can drink your cup of tea with full eyes on your little one (which often isn’t the case at many soft plays we’ve visited).

We also loved the extensive bounce areas: there’s multiple trampolining zones (including a dedicated under 5 bounce zones) and inflatables such as a bouncing castle, inflatable climbing wall and slide which my son absolutely loved). Although we visited on a busy Saturday, the place is so huge and spaced out that we didn’t feel remotely crowded and there was enough to do to keep us occupied for ages. Whilst my son can only jump, there are other zones designed for older children to play on the reaction walls or play dodgeball and it did seem to keep the groups of teenagers there equally engaged. However, if you are worried about your little one mixing with older children, Jump In does offer toddler time for the first hour of the morning where it is only available for those under 5.

There’s also lots of surrounding seating to eat and drink so there was no problem getting a table.

We chose to eat at the venue and found the menu easy to navigate-it can easily be ordered via an app on your phone and allergens were clearly labelled. The children’s meals were reasonably priced and included classics such as chicken bites and chips or pizza but there were healthier alternatives available too such as cauliflower wings and veg sticks and hummus. Being gluten-free myself, there weren’t a huge range of choices but they did have several gluten free cakes I could enjoy. As it was a busy time, there was quite a wait for food but this would be expected.

Overall, we really enjoyed our trip to Jump In and we’ll definitely be returning.

Tickets for Jump In Warwick are priced between £7.50-£12.45 for an open jump or £10 (for parent+child) for toddler time). To book tickets visit: https://www.gojumpin.com/activities/trampoline-park/ or call 0800 098 8212
