Oh my! What fun we had with this. Perfect timing to receive this for reviewing on the run up to Christmas.
The girls (our granddaughter and her friends) loved this to make individual and personalised Christmas presents for their friends. The adults that helped with this also enjoyed it too, maybe a little too much.
The pens can be personalised with actual names or words they’d like to choose. Once you’ve created your masterpiece you can then dismantle and create a whole new pen again.
A great and fun way to utilise the imagination and play for the young ones. It is very geared towards the kids that like anything sparkly and colourful and a great way to encourage imaginative play. Whilst the advertised age group is from 6 years up our group ranged from four to sixty-four years of age and equally found it entertaining and not too challenging or fiddley.
The base is great and has compartments for each of the beads and jewels along with cards for different options for those who do not possess massive create minds. The assembling of this was just as much fun as creating and designing our pens. Because it has some prompts and everything set out, we found it encouraged the children to take the lead more confidently rather than ask for help and instructions.
The kit comes with a swivelling base which make it easier for small fingers, Varied compartments and sections for holding all the tools, jewels, beads and props. 8 pen barrels ready to customise along with imaginative detail cards, eight plastic stoppers to fix the beads to the pens. Decorative stickers, twelve ink refills in 6 colours. tips and plastic caps in four different colours. Plastic tools and tweezers to be able to attach the stickers decorative beads. There are also little chains that can be attached to the pens to hold hearts, bows, teddies and other decorative items that young children will love.

Clementoni is an Italian based company that offers a range of creative play for all ages from new-born to stimulate the imagination. Other products include creative art of soap and bath bomb, perfume, beauty masks, nails, flowers and highlighters.
In addition to the arts and crafts items there are also early years toys and educational, Scientific, board games and puzzles. They even have some adult puzzles too.
I would definitely recommend both the variety of message pens but also the other products in the range too. Everything is innovative, designed well and an absolute joy to keep both the young designers and the oldies alike. I loved having the opportunity to play and create with my grandchildren so effortlessly.
With a number of birthdays on the horizon I will definitely be buying another one of the ranges in the very near future.
