Iball 3 Review
Iball 3
An Interactive Memory Game
Reviewed by David Savage
The Iball 3 is a colourful electronic, interactive memory game. It is a clear blue ball which has 6 buttons and a single digit electronic display and sits on a stand.
Once switched on you get a unique 8 digit code (look at the LED display for a flashing sequence of numbers) which you can register online. The idea of the game is to light up all 6 lights to the same colour within the time limit, this is a harder than it sounds. There are 2 levels of game play to keep you amused or frustrated for hours and you can compete against others worldwide by registering your unique code online.
Level 1 has a sequence of 3 colours but if you find that too easy level 2 has 4 colours.
At first I found this game rather baffling even though I understood the object of the game. I carried on playing and before I knew it an hour had passed. This game is very addictive and is great for brain training and memory. It is suitable for ages 8 to adult. If you want a game that requires some thought and gives you challenge then this is the perfect gift.
Requires 3 x LR44/AG13 batteries (included plus 3 spares).
Overall (despite by baffling start) I found this game very addictive and great fun. At around £15 it is definitely value for money. If you like a challenge then I cannot recommend this strongly enough. It was also named the Gadget Show favourite.
