HAPE Multi Musical Block Set Review

With so many young children in my family from 7 weeks, up to 15 years old, you can be assured that I have seen many a toy to keep these busy over the years, let alone my son who is much older and born in the 80’s, now that will give you some idea of just how many toys I have seen and played with, well, with the children, not just for myself LOL.

This is an awesome musical block as it comes with an amazing five different instruments as listed below:-

Toy drum with drumstick
Xylophone
Rattle
Scratch board
Mini gong

What better way to encourage child play and get their motor skills working along with cognitive development too which will stimulate their ears and eyes whilst playing and listening to these instruments. They are also able to discover, learn and interact.

The blocks are not at all heavy and stack up really easily. This makes great fun for toddler to explore the different shaped boxes as well. They are so light that any toddler will be able to pick then up, move and stack them, another great way for toddler’s cognitive learning.

With all the different instruments, sounds and shapes of the boxes, this great invention of the Multi-Musical Block Set will most certainly allow any toddler to learn, develop and encourage their recognition of different sounds tones and notes when playing with them.

Their motor skills will be developed by studying and learning the different sounds whilst playing with any of the instruments.

Our youngest Nephew loved it all, from the sounds and stacking the box’s. We had so much fun setting it up and the beauty of the box’s means you can set them up in different positions each time you unstack them.

Each block has colours on the sides of them with a contrasting colour of musical notes. This is a great way to develop any toddlers learning by making reference to colour. I would say to my Nephew, ‘where is the box with yellow on it and it has orange musical notes’ or, ‘show me the yellow gong’. There is so much you can do with interactive play, that you will most definitely create lots of fun while they are learning along the way.

HOW TO CARE
I just used a dry (ish) cloth, only a tad dampness to it to wipe away any bits this toy picked up, especially when playing in the garden.

I can not recommend this enough, it is 5 toys in 1, making each block, just under £6.59 if you include postage and packaging and it very well thought out and made.
