Sophie Allport Stag Christmas Stocking Review

Christmas is just around the corner and with it comes a plethora of yearly traditions. Decorating the tree, leaving a mince pie and a glass of milk for Santa, putting up a garland on the front door – all essential Christmas preparations. One of the big traditions in our house is putting up a stocking for Santa to fill with tasty treats and little gifts, so when we were offered the chance to review the Stag Christmas Stocking from Sophie Allport, we jumped at the chance.

It seems like there are millions of Christmas Stockings out there to choose from, but Sophie Allport has produced a sophisticated, classy looking alternative to the traditional red and white stockings you will see everywhere this Christmas. The stocking is made from a strong, blue material with a screen printed pattern, depicting a reindeer stag and fawn amongst snowflakes. The stocking is a reasonable size (we managed to fit 8 small to medium presents inside comfortably) and a secure loop of material at the top means it hangs safely from the fireplace.

Due to the more mature and expensive feel of the stocking, I feel the Stag Christmas Stocking from Sophie Allport would be best suited for the “dad” of the family. It would look perfect lined up next to the children’s stockings and a roaring fireplace on Christmas Eve.
