Black Nike Tracksuit From Mainline Menswear Review

I love wearing branded clothing, particularly items like t-shirts and tracksuit bottoms. I have had some of my branded clothing for a number of years as it tends to last well and stay in good condition.   I was therefore delighted to have the opportunity of reviewing a Black Nike Tracksuit from Mainline Menswear.  It is currently available (at the time of writing this review) in size small, medium and XX Large.  I went for size medium.

The package arrived quickly and the contents were well presented.  It came with a reusable drawstring bag which I think could be used as a wet bag.  Upon opening the parcel I discovered the reusable drawstring bag as well as the tracksuit top and bottoms neatly packaged into different sealed compartments.

Starting with the tracksuit top, it is mostly black in colour.  It has a grey half zip and a grey Nike logo.  The jacket has the type of pockets in the waist area that you can reach right through. It has a stand up colour and the cuffs are elasticated.   It is warm and comfortable.  It has a fleece lining.  The tracksuit bottoms have a grey Nike logo, elasticated waistband and drawstring fastening.   The ankle cuffs are elasticated too. The tracksuit bottoms, like the top, have a fleece lining.  The tracksuit is 100% polyester. 

I couldn’t wait to try the tracksuit on.  I am 5 foot 10 and the tracksuit fits me perfectly.  One word of caution – the fabric can easily be caught by claws of pets.   I was a bit worried that this was more for the younger generation as I am in my 50’s but I really like it.  It is a tighter style than I would usually wear, similar to skinny fit. I was delighted that the tracksuit co-ordinates really well with my new purchased Nike Air trainers that I bought myself as a birthday treat.

I think that this tracksuit is good quality for the price of £70. In fact, I think that it should last for many years to come. It washed well using the recommended settings.  My partner complimented me on how nice it looked.

I am looking into purchasing this tracksuit. .  RRP £75.00. There are even some Nike sale items at the time of writing this review.  This Nike t-shirt was £18 and is now on sale at £14.40. There is even a New This Week section of the website and a sale section. You can select the size you are looking for and see which products are available in that particular size.  This is a useful function.

I find the website very accessible with clear product photos and descriptions.  You can even get free 72 hour delivery to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland if you spend over £35.  If you spend under £35, then 72 hour delivery costs £3.50.  For their other delivery options, I suggest having a look at their website.

I would recommend both Mainline Menswear and the Black Nike Tracksuit to others.  I think that this, or another item from Mainline Menswear would potentially make a great Father’s Day or Just Because gift.
