Colman Camping Wagon Review

My family regularly enjoy camping trips but it can be hard work transporting heavy items from the car so I was delighted when I was offered the Coleman Camping Wagon to review. I was very pleased to find that the trolley comes ready assembled so there was no need to mess about putting parts together. I took the wagon out of the cardboard storage box, unzipped the carry case and quickly set it up in seconds. After use, the wagon can be folded up and stored away simply and easily. It is a very strong sturdy wagon and has a very impressive weight capacity of 85 kilograms, making it strong enough to hold all the necessary camping equipment.

The trolley is made from a heavy-duty polyester fabric and is in an attractive shade of vivid red. It has a strong steel frame and a space/load area of 106 centimetres long by 53 centimetres wide. The robust swivel wheels have a tyre stopper so there is no danger of the wagon rolling away. There is a removeable rubber band to make items which are in the wagon secure in transit. The pull handle connects directly to the axle making it easy to manoeuvre over uneven ground, and can be secured when not in use, thus giving it more stability. As the camping wagon only weighs 11 kilograms, it is light enough to be taken anywhere.

My granddaughter goes to music festivals every summer and has always struggled with lugging her tent and all the other equipment from the parking site to the campsite, so she is over the moon with the Coleman Camping Trolley as it will make these trips so much easier. Previously she had to make several trips over muddy fields with bags of essentials from the car to the campsite, usually wasting half the morning, when she would rather be hanging out with her friends. Now she will be able to load everything into the wagon and just wheel it to the tent. The wagon folds up neatly into it’s own matching bag and is very compact, so doesn’t take up too much space in the car. It also looks cool and trendy, just right for taking to festivals.

My husband regularly goes fishing and previously he had to pile all his tackle into a couple of bags and then load it onto his awkward, wobbly fishing trolley. The Coleman Camping Trolley is going to make pursuing his hobby so much easier as it is so much sturdier and will hold all his fishing tackle. I’m sure he will be the envy of all his friends when they see his new accessory.

My garden is my pride and joy and my favourite pastime is growing flowers and vegetables. Sometimes I find it hard work moving heavy items around so I am really looking forward to using this fantastic wagon to transport heavy plants and bags of soil around. I have already taken it into my garden and find it very easy to take it up and down the garden steps as it is so sturdy. There are so many other uses for this camping wagon. We plan on taking it to the beach with us when we are on holiday as we can carry lots of different things ranging from toys to picnic items. The swivel wheels will make it easy to move over sand without it getting stuck or tipping over.

The Colman Camping Wagon is so much more than just a truck for carrying camping equipment and I’m sure that we will find many more uses for it in the coming months. I am very happy with this fantastic piece of equipment and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys camping.
