Zazzle Instagram Photo Wrapping Paper Review

I was asked to choose some wrapping paper from the Zazzle website to review. I was engaging with a member of staff over email and I selected the design your own Instagram paper – I looked through my photos and chose a black & white one of my son. This was ordered but after a couple of weeks I still hadn’t received it. I was told it was being looked into and would be resent as assumed ‘lost in transit’, within a day or two UPS delivered my order – super quick re-delivery from the USA to the UK – however, it wasn’t my order.
The parcel was addressed to me but the order inside wasn’t mine – the order had someone else’s details on! I was immediately concerned and emailed my contact – she looked into it and got the support team to contact me – I was assured that my order with my son’s picture on it had not been sent to the wrong person and it was re-ordered and sent to me as soon as possible.
My order finally arrived and I am delighted with it – the print is very clear and bright, the glossy paper is of a fantastic quality – I almost didn’t want to cut it up! It is 30″ x 6ft per roll. It was £14.95 per roll – it is expensive and shipping is extra on top but I feel for the quality of the product you get is worth the money.
I have used to paper to wrap up my husband’s anniversary gifts and mothers days gifts for my mother and mother in law. I still have a lot left over so will hopefully keep me going. The website was easier to navigate on a laptop rather than a mobile phone or tablet. The packaging it came in was a very thick cardboard tube so no damage to the paper – it wasn’t very easy for me to remove the staples to get the ends out but I got there in the end.
I would recommend the wrapping paper and would use the company again (despite the hiccup with my order) their customer services team kept me in the loop at all points.
