How does it work?
We currently have around 100 reviewers in our team covering all areas of the UK. Our team has mostly grown via word of mouth. We have spaces available in most areas. Please email Debbie on email@example.com to check if space is available in your area before joining.
You would pay a £30 or £40 admin fee depending on whether you would like a single or couple membership (a couple membership allows you to go out independently on venue reviews). This admin fee covers a year’s membership and helps towards the admin costs of running the reviewer group. We guarantee the £30 or £40+ in reviews over the year as long as you actively put yourself forward for reviews on a regular basis. Important note – we do not charge our clients a fee for writing reviews.
Example reviews include products, meals, theatre shows, days out, hotel, campsite or B & B stays. We will always tell you the basis of a review. eg. 2 or 4 comped (complimentary) tickets for a theatre show, a comped 2 course meal, 4 comped tickets into an attraction etc…

We have a Facebook group which you can join and see what goes on without any obligation to join. To be invited to this group, please email Debbie on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have decided to join and paid your annual admin fee, you will be sent an email with further instructions. This will give you access to our private forum where available reviews are listed. You would pop your name on anything you would be willing to review. Reviews are shared out fairly between reviewers.
“I’m into my third year now of being part of the What’s Good To Do Reviewer group and I absolutely love it. For a small annual amount you more than make back your membership fee in reviews and the diversity and quality of the reviews can be amazing. From baby clothes and accessories, to toiletries, kids’ toys, home equipment, amazing days out, breaks abroad, spa days and a fantastic trip to the pantomime and so much more, there is something for everyone. I couldn’t recommend the experience more highly.” – Rachel Cassey-Holland. Read Rachel’s reviews here.
“There’s no such thing as a free lunch” but for a small annual fee, there is the opportunity to dine out and review at top restaurants, have new and exciting products delivered to your door on a regular basis, days out and even short breaks all for the exchange of writing a 500+ word review for the What’s Good To Do website. I have been to places I never imagined, tested products that I would never have thought of trying and all because of the site. I don’t think this lifestyle would ever allow me to give up being a reviewer, it’s so much fun and so worthwhile if you have the time” – Emma Rogers. Read Emma’s reviews here.
“My kids keep thanking me for being a reviewer. I have been a member of the group since June 2013 and have now done 51 reviews. I have had the pleasure of seeing many amazing shows and we have had some brilliant family days out. All opportunities that we would not have had if I hadn’t found whatsgoodtodo.” – Tricia Shaw.
