Ingredients
2 tablespoons SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Extra Creamy
140g plain Greek yoghurt
75g frozen blackberries
75g frozen strawberries
8g fresh spinach leaves
118ml almond milk
2 to 3 tablespoons honey
Method
Place yoghurt, SKIPPY® Peanut Butter and remaining ingredients in blender and process until smooth.

Ingredients
1 x 340g jar SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Extra Smooth
60ml skimmed milk
½ teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
70g low-fat whipped cream
10g miniature marshmallows
16 plain digestive biscuits
Method
In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, milk and cocoa powder
Fold in the whipped cream, then the marshmallows
Serve with digestive biscuits

Ingredients
1 x 340g jar SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Extra Smooth
4 slices hearty wholegrain bread
2 x tablespoons Raspberry Jame
1 large ripe banana, sliced (optional)
Cooking oil to fry
Method
Spread one side of two slices of bread evenly with SKIPPY®
Peanut Butter. Top with jam and the optional banana
In a 30-cm non-stick frying pan with a little oil, cook the sandwiches over a medium heat, turning once, for four minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredients
1 x 340g jar SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Extra Smooth
125g rice flour
325ml water
2 x teaspoons sugar
2 x teaspoons vanilla extract
75g potato starch
2 x tablespoons of powdered sugar
75g chocolate chips
1 x teaspoon vegetable oil
Chopped nuts to garnish
Method
Add two tablespoon dollops of peanut butter on to lined baking tray and freeze for 20 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, mix the rice flour, water and vanilla extract. Cook, stirring constantly 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture forms into a thick and shiny dough. Remove from heat
On work surface, covered with parchment paper, combine potato starch with powdered sugar. Transfer dough onto paper. When cool enough to handle, cut dough into two tablespoon sized pieces
Using starch to prevent sticking, press each piece into a 2-inch disc. Place one chilled peanut butter dollop in center and fold edges toward centre to close. Place seam side down on a lined tray
In small microwavable bowl, mix chocolate chips and oil. Microwave on HIGH for 20 to 30 seconds, stirring until melted.
Drizzle mochi with chocolate and decorate with chopped nuts.
