Interview – Kallia Papadopoulos of KP Virtual Assistant Services
I am delighted to have interviewed the lovely Kallia Papadopoulos of KP Virtual Assistant Services. Kallia is a virtual assistant specialising in email management.
Can you possibly tell us a bit about your background before starting your business please?
I was a youth worker for young people with additional needs, a teaching assistant in a junior school, an administrator and currently a carer for older people with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
What prompted you to start your business and when did you do so?
I was promoted to start my business when I realised I wanted to do something for me. I wrote down all my skills and from that I came up being a virtual assistant specialising in email management. I love a clean inbox.
What advice, if any, would you give to someone thinking about starting their own business?
If you’re thinking about starting your own business, my advice would be to thoroughly research your market. Additionally, create a business plan, outlining your, strategies, and financial goals to guide your journey effectively.
What would you say have been your biggest challenges business wise?
My main challenge in business is finding and attracting new clients consistently. I am actively working on refining my marketing strategies and building strong relationships to expand my client base.

I do and I love it! I actively network and I love to make new connections.
What do you enjoy doing to unwind?
