The young King of France stands to lose his crown and country as the dangerous Milady de Winter (Jovovich) and Cardinal Richelieu plot his downfall with the unsuspecting but devilishly handsome Lord Buckingham (Bloom).
To save the King, the Three Musketeers must join forces with the brave boy hero D'Artagnan (Lerman) to thwart the enemy whilst saving the royal marriage and keep England and France from war.
Don't think this re-make couldn't be any where near as good as the original.
The special effects, cast and story were gripping throughout with an exciting mix of action sequences and well-timed humour. With fast-paced and impressive swordsmanship, exquisite costumes setting the scene for the period and injections of comedy from the long suffering Planchet (Corden) this movie is one for all (and all for one).
