The Cookie Dough Lovers Cookbook by Lindsay Landis Review

Being a keen baker of all sweet things I was excited to review The Cookie Dough Lover’s Cookbook by Lindsay Landis. When it arrived I instantly liked the look, it had a hard cover and back with a spiral spine. The pages inside are a nice thick paper, beautifully illustrated with photos of end results. It was easy reading and recipes where easy to follow, it gives some useful tips which was a nice touch. My children enjoyed helping make and mix the dough, and taste the end results.

The only thing I disliked about the book was it was in cup sizes, although it is written by an American so to be expected, it would be perfect if there was a UK measurement translation, although if you know cup sizes then there’s no problem but for me I had to research cup sizes before trying the recipes, this didn’t put me off the book though.

I would recommend this book to friends and family. UK retail price is fair considering the quality of the book and quantity of recipes you get.
