We are in the midst of a bit of a spring clean at our house, and my task for the day today was the bathroom – one of my least favourite rooms in the house to clean! One of the reasons I find my bathroom such a pain to clean is the location of the bath and shower screen – basically is nigh-on impossible to clean into the corners of the bath and around the taps without actually taking your shoes off and getting in!
I am always willing to give anything a try that might make this a little easier, so was pleased o be asked to try out the Multi-cleaner tool from Sorbo. The Sorbo Multi-cleaner doesn’t look like anything else I currently have in my cleaning arsenal – it is a diamond shaped dense foam / rubber surface with an easy to grip, round handle on one side. The other side has Velcro strips for attaching the non-scratch cleaning pads.
Using the Sorbo Multi-cleaner is really simple. You wet it and spray your usual surface cleaner onto the pad, and clean as normal. The shape of the product makes it an absolute doddle to clean the corners of the bath as well as the length. The pointed end gets into the tricky areas around the taps and sink hole with ease and the pad helps you to work up a good, lathery foam.
Because the multi-cleaner is made from a flexible material, it cleans the inside of the bath easily too, making short work of the curves of the tub. The pad is non-scratch, so it doesn’t damage the surface in any way. This product is a bargain at less than £4, and I think you would get several uses out of the cleaning pad. Because the pad is removable, only the pad needs throwing away when it is too dirty to use again. Refill packs are available cheaply from Amazon and I will be ordering these for when my Sorbo needs them.
