I have been reviewing the Liquid Health LQ Heart Care food supplement. The packaging of this product was very good. The bottles came in a cardboard box that was colourful and easy to read. The bottles themselves had an easy to open screw top cap and again the label was very clear and informative. The bottles were plastic and easy to dispose. The box comes with 10 x 50ml bottles.

The instructions on how to use this product were very clear and I had to take one a day for 12 days (although there are only 10 bottles supplied per pack). The product was of a very good quality for a food supplement.

I didn’t quite know what to expect with this product but in all honesty, with it being called “Heart Care” I did expect to be able to notice a difference as regards to my overall health but I cannot recall noticing any such difference. However, I did notice that I wasn’t snacking as often over the last few days of using the product which to me suggests that the food supplement part of this product was quite effective.

One thing that I disliked about this product was the after taste as it was quite bitter. Personally, I would not repurchase this product or recommend it to a friend as other than the fact that it reduced my snacking, I did not see any other benefits from this product.

The Liquid Health website states; A beta glucan, lycopene and resveratrol supplement aimed at cardiovascular health and reducing cholesterol levels targeting the over 40s male and female markets. LQ Heart Care is an innovative formula scientifically designed for effective cardiovascular health.

So with only regular tests to check to see if it really works, for the time being I would have to rate it as 2 out of 5.
